Morning has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade, having switched tracks from a Top Rated Insurance Broker position in 2009.. Despite changing tracks, she retained her top-tier title. In 2012, she carried the accolade of being the top performer. In September 2013, she joined a real estate company, and within just three months, she secured a place in the top ten employee performance rankings. By 2014, she rose to the second position, culminating in finishing first last year. In 2015, she successfully handled transactions for over 200 properties, earning her the well-deserved reputation of a leading figure in the industry. She consecutively received the Gold Real Estate Broker award from the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Morning has consistently promised sellers that, when entrusted with selling their properties, she guarantees to achieve a selling price above the highest in the same category, with a similar layout, and in the same area. This commitment has resonated well with clients and has proven true over time. Her client base has steadily grown, with many being repeat customers, validating her credibility. In one notable instance, she sold a property for a price higher than a neighboring residence with a larger size and better renovation, which was sold just three days prior.
